At Read for Life Children Center & Daycare our philosophy of teaching young children is that children learn best through meaningful play and developmentally appropriate practices focused on the learner. Early childhood is a critical period of growing, learning, curiosity, and providing these young children with hands on experiences is essential to their learning about the world, themselves, and communicating with others. These experiences should be relevant and meaningful to the students and what they are interested in or experiencing in their own lives.
